Roles
Your organisation typically acts as the controller for customer, vendor, and employee details you store. Facta-Z acts as a processor when running the application on your behalf, and as a controller for limited account and telemetry data needed to operate the platform.
What we process
We process account details, authentication events, configuration you save, business transactions you create, and technical logs for reliability and security. Additional categories may be listed in a data processing agreement when you require one.
Retention
Workspace content remains available while your subscription is active and for any post-termination window described contractually. Backups and logs roll off on schedules designed for recovery, not indefinite storage, unless law requires longer retention.
Your rights and data deletion
Subject to GDPR and local laws, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, and erase your personal data. You can request full deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us via the support page. Workspace content can be directly updated or deleted by admins where the product allows.
International transfers
Infrastructure may span regions. When personal data moves across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, documented in your agreement where required.
