The service
Facta-Z provides a web workspace for documents, workflow helpers, and optional integrations. Features exposed in the interface depend on the subscription and configuration active for your company identifier.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access to other tenants, or use the product for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping, credential stuffing, and interference with service stability are prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
You maintain accurate records, comply with tax and invoicing rules in your jurisdictions, and ensure users you invite respect confidentiality. You are responsible for backing up business decisions made using exported files where your processes require archival copies beyond what the product stores.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Facta-Z limits indirect damages and caps direct damages at fees paid for the service during the period stated in your contract. If no amount is stated, the cap is the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these summary terms to reflect new features or compliance requirements. Material adverse changes will be communicated through in-product notices or email where appropriate. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where your jurisdiction allows.
Pricing and Subscriptions
Access to the Facta-Z platform is provided via a subscription model (monthly or annual). Prices are available on our Pricing page and are indicated in Euros, excluding VAT (unless otherwise stated). Subscriptions are billed in advance. Transactions are securely processed by Stripe. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. In accordance with French B2B law, any late payment will result in the immediate application of late payment penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery compensation of 40€. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
