Product and billing

For topics tied to your Facta-Z subscription, use the channel named in your commercial paperwork or onboarding message. Include your workspace name, company identifier, and a concise description of the request so routing stays fast.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to the security contact referenced in your agreement or onboarding pack. Provide reproduction steps, impact, and whether data exposure is possible. Avoid public disclosure until we have had a reasonable time to investigate.

Response expectations

Critical availability or data incidents are prioritised. General questions follow business hours for the support tier associated with your plan. Refer to your contract for committed targets where they exist.
