Getting started

A practical order of operations for a new Facta-Z workspace.

1. Workspace and company details

Confirm your legal name, identifiers, and country context in company settings. Accurate master data keeps invoices, quotes, and registry-style exports aligned with how you present the business to customers and partners.

2. Contacts and catalog

Create or import the customers and vendors you work with, then add products or services you sell. Even a small starter set makes documents faster to produce and reduces errors when you duplicate lines across quotes, orders, and invoices.

3. First documents

Draft a quote or invoice using live previews, then walk through numbering and tax behaviour you expect in production. When accounting connections are enabled for your plan, connect them before relying on automated sync for closing periods.

4. Team habits

Agree on who owns customer records, who approves send actions, and how you will use follow-ups and time tracking if those modules are part of your rollout. Consistent ownership prevents duplicate work and keeps audit trails trustworthy.
